the struggle to exist

moving

fbudiman:

so i went to irvine today to move some of my clothes and other stuff to the apartment. the good thing about having an apartment in irvine is that i can easily choose when to move in, because it’s no more than an hour away. but i dunno when i’m moving in. i’m almost positive i want to move in the week after next.

i spent almost a whole day with my family today in irvine. they were sooooo taken with everything there. they visited my apartment and the whole complex, and were so fantastically convinced that spending $661 for monthly rent is very much worth it. well, it is.

i get my own room, fully furnished with a full-sized (no, not twin!) bed, a desk, a pretty roomy closet, and a dresser. the whole apartment itself is furnished, with a fridge, microwave, all that kitchen gadgets, tables, tv stand, couches, etc etc etc. utilities paid for, the works. a community center which includes a pretty sizable pool, jacuzzi, a small gym, study rooms, a computer room, a mini-theater, bbq grills, etc etc etc.

soooooo good. i can’t wait to actually start living there. it’s been fun in the summer, going in and out… but it’s not the same.

yeah, so other than that, we also went to h mart (local korean market) and ate at guppy’s. they love that supermarket. it’s so funny how they got all excited over all the products.

had a good day.

dayummm whole room to yourself?  nice. grats franny
